Introduction
Human Resources Analytics enables organisations to make informed workforce decisions by transforming HR data into meaningful insights. This five-day course introduces the fundamentals of HR analytics, including data collection, workforce metrics, dashboard development, reporting, and basic analytical techniques. Participants will learn practical methods for interpreting HR data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
